Olathe businesses can now apply for a Corporate Membership program that allows employees to purchase Olathe Community Center memberships at a discounted rate.

To qualify, a company representative must complete the application and submit a current business license. Once the company is approved, employees can sign up by providing proof of employment, such as a pay stub or company ID, when joining the Olathe Community Center.

The Olathe Community Center Kids Club offers parents an opportunity to reach their fitness goals at the OCC without the worry of finding a babysitter or daycare.

OCC Kids Club is open to children between six months and 10 years old for Olathe Community Center members and day pass customers. Visit the OCC Kids Club webpage for more information and pricing.

The following guidelines are intended to ensure everyone’s safety and create an enjoyable environment while visiting the Olathe Community Center.

• A valid membership or a paid daily admission fee is required for all patrons to access the fitness area and classes, pools and/or gymnasiums (includes non-swimmers and spectators)
• Daily passes are valid for the day of purchase only
• Children (3 years or older) not covered under a valid membership plan are required to purchase a day pass
• Children must be at least 10 years of age to be allowed in the Center unsupervised
• Minors (ages 10 to 17) unaccompanied by a parent/guardian are required to complete a waiver signed by a parent/guardian (photos will be required of all saved minor forms).
• Minors (12 years or younger) are not allowed to use the fitness equipment

Anyone registered/paid for recreational programming will not be required to pay the Center’s admission fee. However, recreational program participants may not access any other areas of the facility unless they have a valid membership or purchase a day pass.

Waivers and photo release for minors aged 10-17 must be completed at the Olathe Community Center in person with a parent or legal guardian present.

Dress Code

• Proper swimsuit attire must be worn at all times in the Community Center Pool. No cut-offs, street clothing, underclothing, or swimsuits determined inappropriate by staff will not be permitted. Any child not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. Diaper changing is only allowed at the diaper changing station Paper or cloth diapers are prohibited in the pool. Lifejackets are allowed in all areas of the pool, except on the slides and rock wall. All other flotation devices are prohibited. 
• Appropriate attire must be worn at all times on the basketball courts. Shoes must be closed-toe tennis shoes. No sandals, clogs, crocs or boots are allowed.
• Hard soled shoes are not permitted on the aerobic floor. Do not drop hand-weights or weighted bars on the aerobic floor Appropriate exercise attire must be worn at all times. Complete torso must be covered, and shoes must be closed-toe. No sandals, clogs, boots are allowed.
