Policies

Reservations

The Community Center rooms are available to view during regular business hours when not reserved. Please call ahead and speak to a rental staff member to ensure that the space is available for viewing.

Contract, Deposit, and Payment

One hour's room rental or 20 percent rental fee (whichever is greater) is due when confirming reservation date.
50 percent of the rental fee is due four months (120 days) prior to event date.
The remaining 30 percent rental fee is due four weeks prior to the event date.
Additional fees are due at the final meeting.

Additional information

The Community Center is an open catering facility with a caterer's plating kitchen.
Smoking is prohibited inside of the Community Center and within 10 feet of windows and doors.
Vendor lists may be provided upon request.
Floor plans and room setup examples are available upon request.
Rates include on-site staff during setup, teardown, and throughout the event.
Setup and teardown must occur within the hours of the contracted time.
Passes to the Community Center are not included in rental fees.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations made after the payment due date.
In those cases where the full rental fee was paid in advance of the due date, the client may be entitled to a partial refund depending on the date of cancellation.
Rental fees paid can be transferred once to another available date with no penalty.
