Reservations

• A seven day hold may be placed on the venue without a deposit. The hold will be released after seven days if no action to confirm the reservation has occurred.

Contract, Deposit, and Payment

• Contract signing and 20 percent rental fee deposit are due when confirming reservation date.
• 50 percent of the rental fee is due four months (120 days) prior to event date.
• The remaining 30 percent rental fee is due four weeks prior to the event date.
• Additional fees are due at the final meeting.
• A $300 security deposit is required for events and is due at the final meeting. The deposit is refundable after the event assuming there is no damage to the venue.

Rehearsals and Decorations

• Rehearsals are available based on availability of the venue.
• Candles must be in a votive or enclosure.
• Painters tape and command strips are allowed.
• No duct tape, nails, screws, tacks, etc., are allowed.
• All decor and items used to hang must be removed at the end of your event.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds for cancellations made after the payment due date.
• In those cases where the full rental fee was paid in advance of the due date, the client may be entitled to a partial refund depending on the date of cancellation.
• Rental fees paid can be transferred once to another available date with no penalty.
