Additional Fees

Reservations

• A seven day hold may be placed on the venue without a deposit. The hold will be released after seven days if no action to confirm the reservation has occurred.

Contract, Deposit, and Payment

• 20% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking.
• 50% of the rental fee is due four months prior to the event date.
• The remaining 30% of the rental fee is due four weeks prior to the event date.
• Additional fees are due with final payment
• A $500 security deposit is required for events and is due at the final meeting. The deposit is refundable after the event assuming there is no damage to the venue.

Rehearsals & Decorations

• Rehearsals are available based on availability of the venue.
• Candles must be in a votive or enclosure.
• Painters tape is allowed.
• No duct tape, nails, screws, tacks, command strips, etc., are allowed.
• All decor and items used to hang must be removed at the end of your event.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds for cancellations made after the payment due date.
• In those cases where the full rental fee was paid in advance of the due date, the client may be entitled to a partial refund depending on the date of cancellation.
• Rental fees paid can be transferred once to another available date with no penalty.
