• One hour of storytime and cooking a recipe based on the story you choose and led by Book Cooks Chef
• Up to 12 participants (parents not included in participant count)

Splash Bashes at the OCC are available Saturdays and Sundays at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. or 2 p.m. and include:

•  45 minutes in a party room followed by unlimited swim time until the pool closes
• Up to 15 participants
• Table coverings
• Party host

Cost: $165 for Community Center members/$180 for non-members

What to Know

• You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up.
• Check in with a party host at the Birthday Party check-in table.
• A wristband will be issued to each participant, up to 23 maximum people for one party room.
• There is a $10 fee per participant above the 15 included in the package.
• A party host will escort you and your party to your reserved space.
• At the end of your scheduled time, your party host will guide you to the pool area. 
• All items must be removed from the party room at the end of the scheduled time. Staff can assist with a cart to transport items.
• Children are required to be at least 48” tall to use the slides in the indoor pool.

RESERVE YOUR SPLASH BASH!

Poolside parties at the OCC are available Fridays from 5:30-7:30 PM or Saturdays and Sundays from noon-2 p.m., or 2:30-4:30 p.m. and include:

• Two hours at the pool with two tables reserved on the pool deck
• Up to 15 participants
• Table coverings
• Party host

Cost: $165 for Community Center members/$180 for non-members

What to Know

• You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up.
• Check in with a party host at the Birthday Party check-in table.
• A wristband will be issued to each participant, up to 23 maximum people for one party room.
• There is a $10 fee per participant above the 15 included in the package.

RESERVE YOUR OCC POOLSIDE PARTY!

After Hours Splashes at the OCC are available Saturdays and Sundays from 5-6:30 p.m. and include:

• Private use of the Olathe Community Center Pool
• Lifeguards on duty the entirety of the rental time

Cost: $600 on Saturdays/$700 on Sundays

What to Know

• Renters must be out of the facility within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the rental time or they will be charged a fee of $25 per additional 15-minute increment. 
• In case of pool closure due to mechanical issues or inclement weather, renters will be able to reschedule the party or receive a partial refund for the remaining rental time.
• Events canceled seven days prior to the event date will be entitled to a refund of 50%.

RESERVE YOUR OCC AFTER HOURS SPLASH!

• 90 minutes of court time followed by 30 minutes of reserved area for refreshments. Refreshments are limited to individually packaged drinks and a celebration snack.

What to Know

• Participants must have their complete torso covered and must wear close-toed, athletic shoes free of mud, dirt, and debris while participating. Boots, sandals, crocs, or any other footwear that could damage the gymnasium floor surface or deemed unsafe or inappropriate for indoor athletic activity is not allowed.

• 2 hours of reserved cabana time for 15* swimming participants
• Up to 30 total guests can be in the reserved cabana area
• A Party host will assist with the party set up, clean up and all waivers and admission to the the pool
• The Grand Cabana includes the use of 4 picnic tables and lounge chair seating

*any additional swimmers can be added for $10 per swimmer

Reserve a private shaded shelter at Black Bob Bay.

$180 party package includes: 

• 2 hours of reserved cabana time for 15* swimming participants
• Up to 15 total guests can be in the reserved cabana area (12x12 ft cabana)
• A Party host will assist with the party set up, clean up and all waivers and admission to the the pool
• The Party Cabana includes comfortable seating for guests, reserved lounge chairs on the pool deck and a table for refreshments

$180 party package includes: 

• 2 hours of reserved shaded refreshment area for 15* swimming participants
• Up to 30 total guests can be in the reserved area

• The refreshment area will include tables and seating for all the guests, as well as reserved lounge chairs on the pool deck
• Plan to join your preschool-aged children in the pool

• 2 hours of reserved patio on the beach with a cabana and 4 tables on the patio for 15 participants and up to 30 total guests
