First Child - $180 (Olathe Residents - $170)
Second Child - $175 (Olathe Residents - $165)

Transfer & Cancellation Policy
Transfer and Cancellation requests will be subject to a staggered admin fee.
- $10 per request after May 1
- $15 per request after June 1

Outdoor Camp Handbook
The handbook includes camp policies and required documents which must be completed before camp.
Camp attendance is restricted if required documents are not complete.
Required Documents (pages 9-15 of Camp Olathe Handbook): Health History, Emergency Medical Release, First Aid Permission and Park Permission)
Forms are fillable online, but must have hand-written signatures.
Forms must be uploaded to the OPRD Procare System by April 22. Once registered, emails with details on how to complete this will be sent.
