Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) encourages reinvestment in the City's Original Town.
The NRP provides an opportunity for:
- A rebate of 80 percent of the incremental increase in property taxes from qualifying commercial property improvements.
- A rebate of 90 percent of the incremental increase in property taxes from qualifying residential property improvements.
