Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging

The City of Olathe is a vibrant, growing community with an increasingly diverse population. We are committed to position Olathe as a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone to live, work, and enjoy an enriching quality of life regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, ability, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation.

We strive to be intentional about implementing policies, programs, activities and events where community members feel represented, have equitable access, and feel a sense of belonging.

City of Olathe Non-Discrimination Commitments

The City of Olathe fosters an atmosphere of inclusion by ensuring that all residents have equal access and opportunities. The City of Olathe does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, income or English proficiency in the provision of services, employment, housing, and public accommodation.

For more information on City of Olathe's non-discrimination policies, or if you believe you have been discriminated against please contact Eric Strimple at 913-971-8521 or CCO@OlatheKS.org.
